For me art is about a unique and personal way of seeing the world, interacting with it and expressing that vision as a way of communicating with self and with others. Passion for textiles can be traced back generations in my family, as can the ability to connect with the unseen. That influence of flair for colour and texture, together with intuition, insight and creativity, strongly features in my work.
